Are Rituel de Fille products natural and cruelty-free?
Yes. Every Rituel de Fille product is 100% cruelty-free and formulated with the minimal number of ingredients, using only natural pigments and oils. We are Leaping Bunny certified and never test on animals.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping within the US usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your colors. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging and gently used or unused.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship to many countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the time of delivery.
Are your products vegan?
While we are strictly cruelty-free, some of our products contain ethically sourced beeswax or carmine. We clearly label all vegan-friendly products on their individual product pages to help you make the best choice for your lifestyle.
