Returns & Exchanges

At Rituel de Fille, we want you to be enchanted by every pigment. If a product does not meet your expectations, we accept returns of gently used items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original ritual packaging or a secure box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
